Will I lose my nursing license if I am accused of drug diversion?

You can't lose your nursing license just because you're accused by the hospital or accused by an employer of drug diversion. You can't lose your nursing license just because you were arrested for drug diversion. However, if the board of nursing or a court finds that you're guilty of drug diversion, there will be consequences for your license. Even if you plead nolo contendere and adjudication was withheld.
