Ms. Whitney is Board Certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar and is certified as an Arbitrator and Mediator in Health Law by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Service of the American Health Lawyers Association. She is the former Director of Legal Affairs at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida and Past Chair of the Health Law Section of The Florida Bar.
