Do I have to report a DUI to the Florida Department of Health (DOH)?

You don't have to report an arrest for a DUI, but you do have to report a conviction in writing and within 30 days. A conviction for a DUI means you were either found guilty or pled guilty or pled nolo. Here's the important part. This holds true regardless of whether adjudication was withheld.
